LONG ANSWER: Saya's pretty straight with a big heaping side of partnersexual. If Yuma didn't exist, there wouldn't be a partner to be sexual for, and so yeah, Saya probably would have done Riku because she was crushing pretty hard. But at the same time maybe not, because she is dead, and she'll probably outlive Riku, and that's pretty emo so she doesn't really want to make too many personal attachments. There's also a chance that she wouldn't even have stuck around as a Shinigami if Yuma wasn't there, so.
